This is only a GUI thing and doesn't affect the audio or MIDI stream afaik but after resetting a MIDI track (GlobalReset, TrackReset, normal Reset), the mute mode circle sometimes stays stuck like this:
Wasn't sure if it was a known bug but, definitely a more minor thing.
