frozen loop if quantized and record button pressed 2x while loop PLAYs

To reproduce freezing:

2 loops playing and quantized to subcycle
one loop is leader and other is synced to it
on the synced loop press record 2 times in quick succession or before the loop reaches the point it would allow the quantized subcycle to record
loop will freeze until reset
