NextLoop/PrevLoop Doubling Size of Loop

The issue: switching to an empty loop with NextLoop or PrevLoop on a track (quantize=any) consistently inserts bar(s) of silence in the first half of playback.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Record a loop on a leader track.
2) Go to a new track and record the first loop
3) on the follower track, run NextLoop (switch quantize=any, EmptyLoopAction=Record)
Effect: the empty loop begins instantly with one or multiple bars of silence inserted into the beginning.

~~I think it only happens with Leader/Follower relationships, but maybe it extends to normal switches too.~~ In any case, it is causing some trouble in the new flow and hopefully can be fixed soon!
edit: can confirm it happens despite Leader/Followers

it also may be somewhat related to the switch transfer bug I found earlier in b47.

here's a screenrecord capturing the behavior, timestamped:

As you can see, the switch to Loop 2 begins recording as expected at 1/1 Host Sync Bar(s). The bug then happens during the switch to Loop 3, where it begins recording instantly with 2/2 bars (inserting 1 extra in the beginning), almost like it's "tripping" over the start of the bar during the switch transition.
